No Longer Dieting is a virtual coaching practice that specializes in empowering individuals to trust their body and mind to make intuitively aligned choices rather than relying on diets and restrictions. Instead of believing worth comes from your proximity to thinness, you'll gain knowledge, tools and strategies that can both uplift and comfort.  In conjunction with the Original Intuitive Eating Pros program, NLD provides high-support, personalized, and expert coaching that aims to encourage and guide you as you ditch the diet culture narrative and move toward living a fulfilling, healthy, and confident life where your highest value is YOU.

What Is  An Intuitive Eater?

An intuitive eater is someone who trusts their body and mind to tell them how much to eat, when to eat and what to eat. They do not feel guilt or shame around their food choices, but rather freedom and peace. Intuitive eaters don't follow food rules or diets.and are weight neutral, meaning they don't eat with a weight goal in mind. Ultimately intuitive eaters have a positive relationship with food and understand that it can be used for fuel, joy, connection, coping, nourishing and healing. 

What Is  The Intuitive Eating Program?

The intuitive eating program is an evidence based self care framework based off of ten principles. It was developed in the 90's by two dietitians and has been gaining traction in the anti - diet culture movement. The program teaches individuals how to honor their hunger, feel their fullness and discover satisfaction in their eating. In addition it aids in developing positive body image and healthy relationships to exercise. Why keep trusting fad diets, or famous gurus when you can learn to trust yourself?
